Meet the Founder

Danielle spent over 20 years building a successful career in HR leadership.

Starting her journey as a temporary receptionist, she worked hard to break into the industry, eventually leading large-scale hiring initiatives and building HR functions from the ground up. Danielle experienced both the burnout and beauty of being an HR department of one–and she understands the challenges of leadership at every level.

Today, she uses that knowledge to mentor HR professionals who feel stuck in the operational grind and are ready to grow into confident, strategic, authentic leaders.
