Intentional HR Leadership is a 6-month coaching experience designed to help HR professionals move from reacting to problems to becoming a trusted strategic partner within their organization. Inside the program, we focus on developing three essential leadership capabilities:

Learning how to step back from recurring issues and design better outcomes instead of constantly reacting to problems.
Intentional Communication
Communicating with leaders clearly and confidently so your perspective is heard and valued
Leadership Presence
Showing up with calm authority and credibility, even in difficult or high pressure situations
Weekly Group Integration Call (60 Minutes) - where we will do real-life implementation of the frameworks, answer any questions and work through your real-life situations
Weekly Strategic Minute email - providing weekly challenges that align with the topics
Office Hours (30 minutes weekly) - to support you when something blows up outside of our normal time together
